The JFM Resolution Program is a private settlement program.
The JFM Program Portal is a secure website that allows for the exchange of information between the Claims Administrator of the JFM Resolution Program and a claimant or a claimant’s law firm. Only persons authorized by the Claims Administrator may use the JFM Program Portal. If you are a lawyer requesting access to the JFM Program Portal and you are a member of a law firm that has not been granted access, contact the Claims Administrator by phone at 1-888-724-0247 or email at ClaimsAdministrator@BrownGreerJFM.com to request a Login ID and Password. If a member of your law firm has been granted access to the JFM Program Portal, that person, as the Primary Counsel for your law firm, can add new users on the Firm Details tab of the JFM Program Portal. If you are a pro se claimant (currently not represented by an attorney), contact the Claims Administrator by phone at 1-888-724-0247 or email at ClaimsAdministrator@BrownGreerJFM.com for information regarding the JFM Resolution Program. Claimants who are represented by a lawyer cannot use the JFM Program Portal themselves and cannot receive a Login ID. Such persons should contact their lawyer for information on the status of their claims in the JFM Resolution Program. Click here if you received a “Settlement Program Letter” from your lawyer and wish to submit your Notice of Intent to Opt In Form for Eligible Program Participants to the Claims Administrator. You do not need access to the JFM Program Portal to submit this Form. Click here if your lawyer asked you to sign certain Claim Package documents electronically.
